What began in Pipe Major Billy DuBose’s kitchen has grown into three decades of music, friendship, and Scottish tradition. Based in Columbia, South Carolina, Palmetto Pipes & Drums brings the stirring sound of bagpipes and drums to concerts, parades, community celebrations, and occasions of remembrance.

Our history includes award-winning performances in Grade 4 and Grade 5 competition, appearances at USC’s Williams-Brice Stadium, and the privilege of honoring veterans through music.
